1) CREATE AN ACCOUNT
First things first If you haven’t done so already, create an account here. Subscribe to our emails to take advantage of discounts & offers.
2) RESERVE YOUR BIKE
Take advantage of one of our first-timer offers and book your spot. If you’re booking a cycling class and are new to spin, we’d recommend booking a bike in the second row.
Preparing For Class
HYDRATE
Please remember to drink lots of water before, during, and after the ride. Water can be purchased in-studio as well as there is a water dispenser for those who bring their own bottles.
EAT
We always advise our riders to avoid riding on an empty stomach. We recommend a light snack 30 minutes prior to class or a meal a couple of hours before class.
WHAT TO WEAR
We recommend wearing form-fitted pants, leggings, or shorts and a light, breathable top.
Getting To The Studio
BE EARLY - Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of class. Your safety is our #1 priority, and it is important for us to have ample time to get you adjusted & set up on your bike. We will make sure your handles & bike seat are locked into position at the appropriate height and your shoes are clipped in. Four minutes before class starts, we release booked bikes to our waitlist.
CHECK-IN - When you arrive in the studio, go to the front desk and a FRC team member will check you in at the front desk. Cycling shoes are mandatory and are available for rent for $4.99. Our Stages bikes are compatible with both Delta and SPD cleats. We also have water available for purchase.
LISTEN TO YOUR BODY - If you have any questions, please reach out to a FRC team member, we’re here to help you! Our instructors are here to push you during class, but please listen to your body and work at the level that is comfortable for you.
